How I can help you
As your orthopedic specialist, I am here to support you in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the entire musculoskeletal system.

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the human body, which also makes it particularly susceptible to overload, injuries, and wear and tear. Pain is frequently caused by inflammation, overuse, or damage to the rotator cuff, as well as arthritic changes. Because shoulder discomfort can significantly restrict daily mobility, precise diagnostics are essential. The underlying causes are often multifaceted, ranging from mechanical irritation and instability to degenerative changes. Treatment is tailored based on the individual patient's situation, clinical examination, and, where necessary, supplementary imaging. The ultimate goal is to restore a pain-free and highly functional shoulder.

The spine is the central supporting element of our body and is subjected to high levels of strain on a daily basis. Back pain often arises from muscular tension, poor posture, wear and tear, or disc-related issues. It is among the most common orthopedic complaints and can significantly compromise quality of life. In many cases, multiple factors coexist simultaneously—ranging from muscular imbalances to structural changes in the vertebrae, joints, and intervertebral discs. Spine disorders such as herniated discs, spinal canal stenosis, or degenerative diseases can cause severe pain and restricted mobility.

The hip bears a significant portion of the body's weight and is involved in many everyday movements. Symptoms often arise from wear and tear, strain, injuries, or circulatory disorders, and can significantly restrict mobility. Early evaluation helps to identify causes and initiate appropriate treatment options, in order to preserve the joint's function for as long as possible. In some cases, a surgical procedure may be necessary. The goal is always to provide the gentlest treatment possible and to achieve a lasting improvement in patient symptoms.

Tendons connect muscles to bones, enabling the transmission of force within the body. Tendon disorders may present as inflammation or degenerative changes. Typical symptoms include pain, loss of strength, and restricted mobility. Such complaints can occur in various parts of the body and often arise from multiple causes, such as altered movement patterns or overload.

The knee joint is the largest joint in the human body and is subjected to high mechanical stress during almost every movement. Knee pain frequently arises from sports injuries, improper mechanical loading, inflammatory processes, or age-related wear and tear. It represents one of the most common joint complaints and can severely restrict mobility in daily life as well as during athletic activities. In many cases, the interplay of various factors is decisive—ranging from muscular imbalances to structural damage of the cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. Clinical conditions of the knee, such as meniscus tears, cruciate ligament injuries, or knee osteoarthritis (gonarthrosis), often present with pain, swelling, and instability. A targeted medical evaluation is essential to preserve joint function and prevent long-term damage.

The foot and ankle bear the entire weight of the body and are actively engaged with every step. Their role is to stabilize, cushion, and compensate during movement. Overuse, deformities, or injuries can lead to pain when walking, standing, or during athletic activity. Symptoms must be addressed with targeted, individualized treatment to safely restore weight-bearing capacity. Despite its size, the ankle joint is subjected to significant forces. Disorders or injuries can impact both gait and overall body posture. Consequently, careful clinical management is essential to prevent secondary complications.

The Achilles tendon is the strongest tendon in the human body. Connecting the calf muscles to the heel bone, it is essential for movements such as walking, running, and jumping. Achilles tendon complaints are particularly common among physically active individuals. Prompt diagnosis and targeted treatment are vital to preventing chronic changes and successfully restoring full weight-bearing capacity.
